We deliver the empties
Choose a package, send your dates and both addresses, and we confirm inventory plus route eligibility before the reservation is finalized.

You pack and move
Label by room, stack consistently, and use the included dollies for properly balanced loads. Furniture and specialty items still need their own moving plan.

We collect the empties
Unpack, wipe the room labels, take out anything personal, nest the totes, and have the complete equipment ready for the confirmed collection.

The things customers ask first.
The standard moving rental is 14 consecutive days. If you need more time, request an extension as early as possible. Extensions depend on inventory and are priced in seven-day increments.
No. We rent and transport empty totes and approved accessories. You pack, load, transport and unload your own belongings or use a mover of your choice.
Core-area delivery and final collection are included in the delivered package price when both addresses qualify. Routes outside the core area may carry a route surcharge. We confirm every address before you book.
Use the Move Meter for a starting range. It asks about rooms actually being packed, household size, books and dishes, and how much you have accumulated. The result is guidance, not a guarantee.
No. They are sturdy plastic and handle ordinary moving-day moisture far better than cardboard, but they are not waterproof. Keep electronics and paperwork protected from rain.
