Why both addresses matter
Your totes might be delivered to one home and collected at another. That can create four depot-to-address legs if the visits are dedicated round trips.

Gate waits, apartment loading rules, narrow access, stairs, elevator restrictions and difficult roads can change what a route costs even when the mileage looks short.
Local delivery is about reliability
A smaller territory with dependable windows is more valuable than a giant map that causes late arrivals and rushed turnarounds.
