The availability form can collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred dates, delivery and collection addresses, access details, package choice, referral source and notes you choose to provide.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review inventory, route eligibility, pricing, reservation details, service communications, support, recordkeeping and legal obligations related to a rental.
Service communications
Phone, text and email may be used for availability, arrival coordination, collection reminders, payment notices, safety information or support connected to your request or rental. Unrelated marketing should use separate consent where required.
Website form processing
The production build uses Netlify Forms when deployed on Netlify. Form submissions are therefore processed through the hosting account configured for this website. The site owner should configure account access, retention and notification settings appropriate to the business.
Analytics
The site contains conversion-event hooks that can be connected to an analytics platform later. No third-party analytics script is enabled in this delivered build, so the website does not silently add a tracking service you have not configured.
Data minimization
Do not submit highly sensitive information through the general notes field. The business should avoid collecting detailed household inventories or interior photos unless a specific service need justifies them.
