Customers arrange their own packing labor and transport of belongings. Keep dense items light enough to handle safely.

Remove personal materials, nest the empty totes and have every tote, lid and dolly ready for the confirmed collection.

Clean 27-gallon rental totes, matching lids, removable labels and the dollies listed with your package.

Moving labor, a moving truck, furniture protection for every item, specialty TV/art crates or transportation of your packed belongings.

Ask whether an earlier collection window is available. Do not leave equipment unattended for pickup unless that arrangement is confirmed.

Request an extension early. Extra time is not automatic because the same inventory may already be promised to another customer.
